By accessing and using SheenLink ("the Platform"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, please do not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all users of the Platform, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

2. Use of the Platform

2.1 Permitted Use

SheenLink is a hostel and accommodation booking platform. You may use the Platform to:

• Search and browse available hostels and accommodations
• Make bookings for rooms or beds
• Manage your bookings and guest information
• Communicate with hostel management (if you are a vendor)
• Access help and support resources

2.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers or networks connected to the Platform
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) without explicit permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state your affiliation
• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, or defamatory content

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. SheenLink is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security.

4. Bookings and Payments

4.1 Booking Process

When you make a booking through SheenLink:

• You are entering into a contract with the hostel/accommodation provider
• You agree to pay all charges associated with your booking
• You agree to comply with the property's check-in/check-out policies
• You must provide accurate guest information and identification

4.2 Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely. Prices are displayed in the local currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4.3 Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by individual properties. Please review the specific property's cancellation policy before booking.

5. Vendor Responsibilities

If you are a hostel/property vendor using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your property, rooms, and availability
• Honor all confirmed bookings made through the Platform
• Maintain your property to the standards advertised
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and issues
• Use the Platform's billing and invoicing features accurately

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SheenLink and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit for commercial purposes any portion of the Platform without express written permission from SheenLink.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding your personal data.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SheenLink shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use
• Damages arising from your use or inability to use the Platform
• Actions or inactions of third-party property vendors
• Quality of accommodations, services, or facilities

SheenLink acts as a platform connecting guests and property vendors. We are not responsible for the actual accommodation services provided by vendors.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SheenLink and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform or your violation of these Terms.

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1 Guest-Vendor Disputes

For disputes between guests and vendors regarding bookings, accommodations, or services, we encourage direct communication first. SheenLink may assist in mediation but is not obligated to resolve such disputes.

10.2 Platform Disputes

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Lahore, Pakistan.

11. Modifications to Terms

SheenLink reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

• Posting the updated Terms on the Platform
• Updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Sending email notification to registered users (for significant changes)

Your continued use of the Platform after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Termination

SheenLink may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Actions that harm other users or the Platform
• Any other reason at SheenLink's sole discretion

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives to the greatest extent possible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
