How do I pay?

Cash on delivery. You pay the rider when your order arrives, so there’s nothing to pay upfront.

How much does delivery cost?

It depends on how far the store is from you. The app works out the fee by distance and shows it in your cart before you place the order. Some stores also offer free delivery above a minimum order.

Where do you deliver?

Right now we deliver in Lower Dir and Swat. Set your location in the app to check your exact address. If we don’t reach you yet, the app will tell you.

Can I use a promo code?

Yes. Add your code in the cart before you check out and the discount comes off your order.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes, from the order screen in the app, as long as the store hasn’t confirmed it yet.

How can my business sell on SheenLink?

Email us your business name, what you sell, your city and a phone number, and we’ll get back to you to set up your store.
