Understanding bed occupancy status and when it updates

A bed shows as "occupied" when it has an active guest assignment in the system. The status is automatically managed based on booking dates and guest check-in/check-out.
Step 1: When a guest is assigned to a bed, the system marks that bed as occupied starting from the check-in date.
Step 2: The bed remains occupied until the guest is vacated or the booking end date is reached.
Step 3: The system updates availability in real-time, so any change to guest status immediately affects bed availability.
The occupied status prevents double bookings and ensures inventory accuracy across the platform.
